She apparently went back to using her maiden name.

Ohio Ky Ky; Glen, son, 9; Oscar, son, 6; Marida, dau, 4 10/12; Mary, dau, 7/12. All the children except Regina are listed as born Ky Ky Ky, but it should be Ky Ky Ind for Mary.
The next household is headed by Bessie’s parents, listed as John Sy Perry age 59 and Mary age 41.
