Rowan Co., Ky marriage book 14, p. 59, records the marriage on 3 Sep 1921 of William J. Wallace, age 18, son of George & Clemma Wallace, to Mary S. Manier, age 15, daughter of Presley & Annie Manier, at Clearfield by Arthur M. Howard, witnesses Presley Manier and Geo. Wallace. Both parties born in and residents of Rowan Co.

1930 census of Lincoln Co., West Virginia, Sheridan district, enumerated April 5, lists on p. 2A as family #26:
Wallace, George, 52, age at first marriage 23, b. Ky Ohio WVa; Clemmie, wife, 43, age at first marriage 14, b. WVa Va Va; Jay, son, 26, married, age at first marriage 19; b. Ky Ky Va; Clifton, grandson, 7; Vernie, granddau, 5; Clayton, grandson, 3 7/12. All grandsons born Ky Ky Ky.

Although Jay is listed as married, I do not know where his wife was in this census year.
