I cannot find any death record for that date. The following death record may be hers, although the birth date and mother’s given name do not match:
Hattie M. Phillip, age 3 years 3 months, born 3 Dec 1913 in Ky, died 2 Mar 1915 in Morgan Co., Ky, father Boon Phillip, mother’s maiden name Cara Grigery, cause of death dippher, informant G. C. Philip, Paragon, burial in Phillip Gr.
There is no record of any Phillips child born on 3 Dec 1913 (nor 3 Dec 1912, which would be what would be implied by the reported age at death.)
