“John Thomas Shrout died Feb. 19 at the age of 70.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Sadie M. Strout; sons and daughters-in-law Terry and Marilyn Shrout, Tim and Kimberly Shrout, and Anthony and Kristen Shrout; and grandchildren Nathaniel, Tiffany, Natalie and Matthew, Travis, Nicholas, Austin, and Kaylee.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Sidney and Gladys Shrout.
Private services were held. A celebration of his life is being held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 24 at The Links of Heartland Crossing Clubhouse. Memorials may be made to the Ruth Lilly Hospice.”
