Rowan Co., Ky marriage book 4, p. 164, records the marriage on 2 Dec 1901 of Willie Conley, age 23, residence Elliottsville, born in and mother born in Morgan Co., and Sarah Ward, 17, residence Christy, born in Rowan Co., Ky, father born in Johnson Co., Ky, at Mrs. Sarah Tabor’s by S. J. Porter, witnesses Hiram Cornett and J. C. Trent, bond surety by Fleming Skaggs.
