In 1920 he was listed in Woodward Co., Ky, with his daughter Minnie and her husband B. F. Chenault, as John McCormick, age 66, father-in-law, single (although it should have been widowed.)

Her death certificate records Mrs. Ella Graham McCormick, age 63 years 5 months 5 days, born 31 July 1855 in Bath Co., Ky, died 5 Jan 1919 in Versailles, Woodford Co., Ky, married, father John Ficklin, born in Va, mother’s maiden name Katherine Graham, birthplace don’t know, cause of death chronic nephritis, informant Mrs. B. F. Chenault, Versailles, Ky, burial in Mt. Sterling, Ky.

All other records are consistent that the name of her mother was Sarah Ann Graham, not Katherine. (See notes for her parents and her siblings.)

Their son Leslie is two households above with his wife Lilly.
