Her death certificate records Emma Dora Spence, age 25 years 3 months 28 days, born 18 Mar 191 in Bath Co., Ky, father Peter Collins, born in Bath Co., Ky, mother’s maiden name Martha Hunt, born in Ky, married, cause of death pneumonia and abscess of left lung, informant Allen Spence, Salt Lick, Ky, burial in Hedricks Cemetery.

1910 census of Bath Co., Ky, district 4, enumerated 22 April, lists on p. 9B as family #199/213:
Spence, Allen, 57, second marriage, farmer; Emma D., wife, 21, first marriage, married 2 years, mother of 1 child, 1 living; Ella P., dau, 5/12; Elva, dau, 16; Warren, Robert L., 3, grandson; Spence, Felix, 14, son. All born Ky Ky Ky.

Felix may not really be Allen’s son. He does not appear with the family in the 1900 census. On the other hand, I can’t find him in any other household either.
