1820 census of Bath Co., Ky, Owingsville P.O., enumerated 7 Aug, lists:
Crouch, William, 1 m 26-44, 1 f 26-44; 1 m 16-25, 2 m < 10, 1 f < 10.

The male 16-25 is probably a brother of either William or Polly. This census suggests that Polly was born 1794 or earlier.

1830 census of Bath Co., Ky, lists:
William Chrouch, 1 m 30-39, 1 f 20-29, 2 m 10-14, 2 m 5-9, 1 m < 5, 1 f 10-14, 1 f < 5.

This census, like most of the later ones, now suggests that Polly was born in 1800 or later. Considering that she was married in January 1814, though, I suspect that she was really born no later than 1799.

The line immediately above is that of Polly’s father Peter Bashaw, and the one above that is William’s father Jonathan Crouch Sr.

1850 census of Bath Co., Ky, division 2, enumerated 15 Aug, lists on p. 67 as family #456:
William Crouch, 59, farmer, b. Ky; Mary, 59, b. Va; Matilda, 20, b. Ky; Jonithan, 15, b. Ky; Rolly B., 28, b. Ky.

1860 census of Bath Co., Ky, Owingsville P.O., enumerated 8 Aug, lists on p. 205 as family #1486:
William Crouch, 68, farmer; Polly, 58. Both born in Ky.

1870 census of Bath Co., Ky, White Sulphur precinct, enumerated 13 June, lists on p. 26 as household #182:
Crouch, Pauy (sp?), 69, female, b. Ky.
