The West Virginia death index lists Lillian Collins, born 24 Jan 1917, died 26 Mar 1964 in Logan, Logan Co., West Virginia, father Joe Simpkins, mother’s maiden name Bertha Chapman, burial in family cemetery in Vinton, Ohio. (Since Lillian’s birth and death records both list her mother’s maiden name as Chapman, this probably indicates that Bertha had remarried to a Ramey sometime after Joe died.)
