His death certificate records Edd McKinney, age 58, birthdate blank, born in Bath Co., Ky, died 18 Aug 1913 in precinct 7, Rowan Co., Ky, farmer, married, father Joe McKinney, mother’s maiden name Cordelia Williams, both born in Ky, cause of death pneumonia following pericarditis & pleurisy with effusion, informant Cletes McKinney, Cave Run, Ky, burial in Buck Carsk (? - hard to read, could be Carek) Cemetery.

There is a gravestone in Bath County Memorial Gardens (probably moved from the old Alfrey Cemetery) that says Sarah E. McKinney, 1854 - 1905, but she was listed alive in the 1910 and 1920 censuses, so it may be for a different Sarah E. McKinney. I cannot find a death record for her.
