She was born Feb 13, 1936 in Sharpsburg, KY to the late Toney and Anna Bell Petitt. She is the widow of Edward H. "Jumbo" Boyd.
She is survived by 1 foster daughter, Kathy Weldon (Ronnie) Vincent; 1 brother, David Thomas (Vicki) Petitt; 1 brother-in-law, Bob Young; nephew, Thomas (Susan) Petitt; niece, Lori (Barry) Burger; great nephew, Ryan Petitt; great nephew, Shane (Lori) Burger; great nieces, Jordan Burger and Morgan Burger; great-great nephew, Jackson Burger; great-great niece, Kennedi Burger; niece, Phoebe (Doug) Whittamore; nephew, Tony (Bridgette) Young; great nieces, Rachel Whittamore and Chelsea Whittamore; great nephews, Mitchell Young and Corey Young; and a special friend, Jodi Baker.
In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by 1 sister, Carolyn Sue Young, and her mother and father-in-law, Stanley and Glenna McQuithy.
Visitation to be held 4-6:30pm Sat at Arlington Christian Church. Funeral services 2pm Mon at Richardson Funeral Home, Reverend Kristin P. Bentley officiating. Burial to follow in the Longview Cemetery in Bethel, KY. Richardson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.”
