His WW I draft registration card, filed 5 June 1917, records Alfred T. Turner, age 21, residence Owingville, Bath Co., Ky, born 22 Sep 1895 in Sherburn, Ky, farmer, self-employed, married, no children. (Alfred and Oma’s daughter Ella was born just 6 days after this draft registration.)
The SSDI lists Alfred T. Turner, born 22 Sep 1895, died 28 Nov 1983, last residence Owingsville, Bath Co., Ky.
The Kentucky death index lists Alfred T. Turner, age 88, died 28 Nov 1983 in Montgomery Co., residence same.

The SSDI lists Oma Turner, born 7 Dec 1900, died 15 May 1994, last residence Owingsville, Bath Co., Ky.
The Kentucky death index lists Oma C. Turner, died 18 May 1994 in Owingsville, Bath Co., Ky, residence Montgomery Co. (The index sometimes swaps places of death and residence.) I am not entering “C” as a middle initial for her, because it may just stand for Crouch - the death index very often puts maiden names as middle names.
I have been unable to find Oma in the 1910 census. She may have been recorded under another name. Should look for an obituary to see if it gives her parents.

1920 census of Bath Co., Ky, Owingsville precinct, enumerated 12 Jan, lists on p. 6B as family #102:
Turner, Alfred, 24, farmer; Ella W., dau, 3; Mary Etta, dau, 11/12; Omie, wife, 19. All born Ky Ky Ky.
(It looks like the enumerator accidentally skipped Oma in the usual position, and then added her at the end when he realized the error.) The preceding household is headed by Alfred’s parents.
1930 census of Montgomery Co., Ky, district 6, enumerated 17 April, lists on p. 6A as family #113/132, on Midland Trail:
Turner, Alfred, 34, age at first marriage 20; Oma, wife, 29, age at first marriage 15; Ella W., dau, 12; Mary Etta, dau, 11. All born Ky Ky Ky.
1940 census of Montgomery Co., Ky, district 5, ED 87-10 (Howards Mill and Slate Creek), enumerated 15 May, lists on p. 6B as family #106, on Owingsville Road:
Turner, Afred T., 44, farmer; Oma, wife, 38; Maryetta, dau, 21, single, beautician cosmetic. Curtis, Harvey L., lodger, 20, single, farm laborer. All born in Kentucky, all living in same house in 1935.
Mary Etta was also recorded one month earlier with her first husband Ford Pierrat and his parents, so her marital status should really be either separated or divorced.
