His WW II draft registration card, filed 25 April 1942, records Arthur Meadows, age 54, residence 320 W. Liberty St., Wooster, Wayne Co., Ohio, born 10 Feb 1888 in Salt Lick, Kentucky, unemployed, contact Mrs. Gladys Meadows, same address.
He may have really been born in Feb 1887, as reported in the 1900 census, but he seems to have consistently used the 1888 date as an adult.
