I suspect it was really about a year later, as Sept 1891 would be only 11 months after the birth of her brother Virgil, unless the birthdates for all three older brothers are pushed back a year from the dates reported on their draft registrations and death certificates. Note that if Anna’s birthdate is 1892 or later, though, then her sister Effie’s birthdate would have to be later than reported in 1900 as well.
