1880 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Cross Roads precinct, enumerated 1 June, lists on p. 7 as family #98:
Fuller, Elijah, 23, laborer; Isadora, 22, wife; James T., 2, son; Miranda, 9/12, b. Sep, dau. All born Ky Ky Ky.
In 1900 this family is split up. Elijah is living with his mother and her second husband. James is recently married to Lizzie Black, and his siblings Robert and Laura are living with them. Cora is living with the family of George W. Colwell (Caldwell) as a servant. Elijah is recorded as married, not widowed, but it is likely that Isadora had died, because it would be unusual for a five year old daughter to be living with her brother if her mother was still living.
