Morgan Co., Ky birth records list Lilly Williams, born 19 Feb 1876, father Wallace M. Williams, mother’s maiden name Williams. (The clerk for this year’s report listed only the surname in the mother’s maiden name column.)
Her gravestone has her year of death as 1943, but I cannot find a death record in either Kentucky or Ohio.

Morgan Co., Ky marriage records list the marriage on 19 Feb 1896 of Semore Howard and Lillie Williams, at W. M. Williams’ by B. M. Carr, M.B.C., witnesses Noah Cisco and James Buskirk. (The license was issued 15 Feb 1896; some family trees report this as the marriage date.)

1900 census of Magoffin Co., Ky, Bloomington precinct, enumerated 13 June, lists on p. 10B as family #169:
Howard, Cemore, 31, b. Oct 1868, Ky Ky --; Lillie, wife, 24, b. Feb 1876, Ky Ky Ky, married 4 years, mother of 3 children, 3 living; Ida, dau, 2, b. Nov 1897; Herbert, son, 1, b. Nov 1898; Ferguson, Della, stepdau, 8, b. Mar 1892. All children born Ky Ky Ky.
Della is also redundantly recorded a week later in Morgan Co. with Lillie’s parents.

Howard, Seymour, 41, b. Ky Ky Va; Lillie, wife, 35, b. Ky Ky Ky, first marriage for both, married 14 years, mother of 6 children, 6 living; Ida, dau, 13; Herbert, son, 11; Bessie L., dau, 8; Vestie A., dau, 6; Ora M., dau, 3. All children born Ky Ky Ky.
It is really Lillie’s second marriage. I don’t know whether or not Seymour was previously married.
The next household is the family of James R. Cisco and wife Celia, whose son Dedie (listed in this census as 21) would marry Lillie’s daughter Della six months after this census was taken.
