The Indiana births index lists a daughter born on 6 May 1886 in Hendricks Co. to Henry Tolle and Elvina Moore. (This is a transcription error; from censuses her mother’s given name was Elvira.)
From user trees on Ancestry.com, her father was Henry Clay Tolle born 2 Aug 1855 in Brownsbury, Indiana, died 22 Aug 1925 in Indianapolis, and her mother was Elvira Moore, born 22 Sep 1859 in Brownsbury, Indiana, died 1927 in Indianapolis.

According to Paul Von Burg’s grandson Geoff Van Burg, neither Elvira nor Hannah was really widowed. Hannah was either separated or divorced, and in 1920 Henry is back with Elvira.

Ottis was probably in the hospital. According to Geoff Van Burg, he died of complications from WW I injuries received in France.
