“Josephine F. Brown, 77, of Redkey, the mother of local residents, died Friday morning, April 23, 2010, at Albany Health Care, after a brief stay.
Born in Logansport on Feb. 23, 1933, she was the daughter of the late John Jacob and Lena Utterback Brown.
She attended Redkey Faith Ministries and was a former member of the Eagles Lodge.
Surviving are her daughter, Janet Amundson (husband: Jack) of Redkey; two brothers, Bill Brown (wife: June) and Ron Brown, both of Lafayette; three sisters, Eulah Jaynes of Crawfordsville, Betty Flickinger (husband: Gordon) of Lafayette and Patty Barnhart (husband: Butch) of Rensselaer.
Service is Thursday in Redkey.”
