1940 census of Morgan Co., Ky, ED 88-14, lists on p. 23A as family #373:
Uterback, Criss, 26, farm labor; Juanita, wife, 21; Omer, son, 3; Martha, mother, 97, widowed. All born in Kentucky, Juanita and Martha living in the same house in 1935, Chris in the same place but not the same house.
The relationship is clearly wrong for Martha - it would mean she had a child at age 71.
