(It also records Walter Blanton, born 20 Dec 1920 in Magoffin Co., mother’s maiden name Florence Blanton. Both are delayed certificates, the one in Magoffin Co filed in 1945, and the one in Johnson Co. filed in 1971. My guess is that the first one was filed to apply for a Social Security number, and the second one was filed to correct the errors in birthplace and mother’s maiden name.)
