(This is one of those births where an unnamed infant is indexed under the father’s full name. The county is apparently a numerical encoding error, similar to the one that has so many of the Rowan Co. births misindexed as Breathitt11, except that it is an off-by-one typo rather than a systematic error in the instruction sheet.)
