Logan Co., West Virginia marriage register lists the marriage on 25 June 1932 of Elzia Munday, age 22, miner, born in Ky, son of James Munday and Mary Otis, and Cinda Skeens, age 19, born in WVa, daughter of Ben Skeens and Ella Plumley, first marriage for both, both residents of Omar, by Robert F. Coverlee.

1940 census of Logan Co., West Virginia, ED 23-30 (Omar), enumerated 9 May, lists on p. 18B as family #288, at 587 Pine Creek:
Monday, Elzie, 30, b. Ky, coal cutter at coal mine; Cendia, wife, 25, b. WV; Junior, son, 7; Ethylene, dau, 4; Ronald L., son, 2. All children born in WV. James, father, 83, b. Va; Mary K., mother, 75, b. Ky. All living in same place in 1935.
Cinda’s is one of the lines with supplemental questions; it records that both of her parents were born in West Virginia, she was 18 at her first marriage, she has only been married once, and that she has given live birth to four children. Since there are only three in the household, this must mean that either one child died young, or a baby was born after the April 1 cutoff date for inclusion.
