The page mixes records from both 1909 and 1910, not in any date order. I suspect that Cloma was really born in October 1910, mostly because she does not appear with the family in the 1910 census, and partly because she is recorded in the 1920 census as age 9 (if she were born in Oct 1909 she would be age 10), and partly because her death record says that she died at age 15 in 1926.

Her death certificate records Cloma Ison, age 15 years 4 months 3 days, born 14 Oct 1911 in Elliott Co., Ky, died 17 Feb 1926 in Smith Branch, Greenup Co., Ky, single, father D. F. Ison, mother’s maiden name Armanda Fraley, both born in Elliott Co., Ky, cause of death acute pulmonary tuberculosis, informant Norman Ison (brother), Greenup, Ky, burial in Smith Branch.

Note that the reported age at death would imply a birth date of 14 Oct 1910, not 1911. Considering the birth record, the year of birth is definitely wrong, and her age is either correct, or one year too old.
