It also lists Orville Fouch born 7 Apr 1938 in Rowan Co., Ky, mother’s maiden name Pearl Mocabee, certificate Vol. 51, #25366. (Note consecutive numbers.) These represent twins unnamed at the time the births were registered. Most likely they both died at birth, since otherwise they would have been named, but I can only find a death certificate for the daughter, who was the second of the two.
