Notes for Jacob “Jake” Onsby Quesenberry
The Kentucky birth index lists Jakie O. Quesenberry, born 15 Apr 1930 in Pike Co., mother’s maiden name Lucy Looney. It is a delayed certificate, filed in 1935. Since both his parents were recorded in Dickenson Co., Virginia in the 1930 census, taken in April, it is possible that the certificate was filed in the wrong location.
The SSDI lists Jacob Onsby Quesenberry, born 15 April 1930, died 3 July 2007, last residence Morgan Hill, Santa Clara Co., California, SSN issued through the Railroad Board before 1951.
