Her death certificate records Ada Sexton, age 31 years 7 months 18 days, born 31 Jan 1893 in Fleming Co, died 19 Sep 1924 in precinct 5, Fleming Co., Kentucky, married father Jas. Kissick, mother’s maiden name Sophia Hornback, both born in Fleming Co., cause of death pulmonary tuberculosis, informant Flora Royse, Hillsboro, Ky, burial in Fillson Graveyard.

The informant is Ada’s sister Flora (1890-1963), who married James Wesley Royse (1895-1952), son of Robert E. Lee Royse and Mina Garrett.
