The Kentucky birth index lists Virginia Law, born 15 May 1919 in Rowan Co., mother’s maiden name America Alfrey.

I have not been able to find Virginia in the 1920 census. In 1930 she is with her mother and half-siblings, listed as Virginia Wheatley age 11.
