Olives Cemetery, Ford Co., Illinois. (Nathan and Mary are listed on FindaGrave.com; the “Mt. Olives” is a mistranscription of Mt. Olivet.)

This family is in my database only because some Rowan County researchers were wondering if John Edward Foster, father of Ida Florence Foster who married Howard Ramey, was related to the large Foster clan of Morgan and Rowan counties who intermarried so heavily with the Gregory, Jones and Brown families. The apparent answer is “no”, so I wanted to put enough info to show that John Edward Foster came from elsewhere.
