Joseph Fisher, 49, farmer, b. Va; Prissilla, 48, b. N.C.; Alfred M. C., 22, farmer; Mourning M., 26; Sintha, 19; Elizabeth, 17; Nancy, 14; Edmund H., 8. All children born in Virginia.
The preceding household is headed by George Wallace age 55 with his second wife Nancy, and includes Rebecca Wallace age 21 who was really already married to Alfred Fisher at the time this census was taken in August, but since the families are supposed to be recorded as of June 1 of the census year, and they did not marry until July 30, they are not recorded as a couple.
