Notes for Daniel Francis Fugett
His obituary in the Middletown Journal of Nov. 29, 1954 reported:
“Daniel Francis Fugett, 78, died at 6:30a today at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Stella Back, 37 Potter St., Trenton.
Mr. Fugett was a native of Morgan County, Ky. He had lived in this vicinity since 1933. His wife, Florence, died in in 1927.
He was a retired groceryman and a member of the First Church of God here. He was also a member of a Masonic Lodge in Kentucky.
Besides his daughter, Mr. Fugett is survived by a son, Carl of Middletown; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Thursday at the McCoy-Leffler Funeral home, Dr. R. C. Caudill will officiate. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10pm Wednesday.”

She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Stella Back; one son, Carl; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2pm at the home of the daughter, 1513 Jacoby Avenue, with Rev. D. A. Blasberg, of St. Paul's Church, officiating. Interment to follow in Woodside Cemetery.”
