The cause of death section has very hard to read handwriting, stretched out and shallow, with none of the t’s crossed, so that nearly all the letters with no ascenders or descenders just look like waves (even a and d, which are unclosed at the top - “death” looks more like “veulh”, and can only be interpreted in context.) The wording “hit with a” referring to a railway accident sounds odd; most people would say “hit by”.
