The Kentucky birth index lists Manford Wells, born 7 Feb 1914 in Morgan Co., mother’s maiden name Nora Henry. It also lists John M. Wells, born the same date and place to the same mother. The latter is a delayed certificate, filed in 1961. It was presumably done to register a name change, since there is no indication that Nora had twins (no infant death registered.)
