Her death certificate records Winnie Kiser, age 80 years 7 months 3 days, born 26 June 1851 in Virginia, died 30 Jan 1932 in precinct 4, Carter Co., Ky, residence Smokey Valley, Ky, widowed, father Green Stallards, mother’s maiden name Elizabeth Docks (sp? might be Doiles - Ancestry.com has indexed it as Dover, but it contains either k or le - to interpret it as Dover you would have to imagine a v with a right hand side 3 times as tall as the left), both born in Va, cause of death dropsy of heart, informant Whitt Stamper, Smokey Valley, Ky, burial in Stallard Cemetery.
