Notes for Benjamin Sexton
A DAR marker at his grave reads “Benjamin Sexton Pvt Montgomery Co. Va Militia Revolutionary War, Born 1752 in Maryland, died March 31, 1831 in Morgan (now Wolfe) Kentucky”.

Some family trees record Benjamin as the son of Charles Sexton Jr. and Margaret “Peggy” Stuart, others as the son of Joseph Sexton and Mary Lee. I do not know the primary source for either attribution, so I have linked him tentatively to both.
Census
1820 census of Bath Co., Ky, p. 206, line 20, lists:
Benjamin Sexton, 1 m 45+, 1 f 45+.
