She seems to have gone by quite a few names: Catherine Harriett in the marriage record, Henrietta in the 1850 census, Kitty H. in the 1860 census, and Harriet in the 1870 census. I can’t find her in the 1880 census, but she might have remarried.

The place of birth as Bourbon Co. is from the birth record of their daughter Lucinda.

Catherine is the female under 10 in the 1820 census, age 10-14 in the 1830 census, and age 20-29 in the 1840 census for her parents.

Morgan Co. marriage records list marriage of John Gregory and Catherine Harriett Jones on August 10, 1841, by J. S. Williams.

1850 census of Morgan Co., Ky, lists on p. 105, family # 256:
Jameson Gregory, 30, b. Tennessee; Henrietta, 30; James, 5; Jesse, 4; Benj'm, 1; Amanda Hardin, 19. All except Jameson born in Kentucky.

1860 census of Rowan Co., Ky, (June 11) lists on p. 14, family #99 (between Isaac Hardin and James W. Jones Jr.):
J. J. Gregory, 41, b. Tennessee; Kitty H., 42; James H., 16; Jesse, 14; Ben F., 12; John W., 8; Artemissa, 6; Lucretta, 5; Lucinda, 9/12.

Artemisia’s birth was recorded in Sep 1852, so she would really be 7, almost 8. This suggests that John W. is probably 9 or almost 9 as well.

In 1870 John Jameson was recorded in Bath Co., as age 52, living with his widowed mother (see her notes), while his wife and children were in Rowan Co:
