Notes for Alexander Quesenberry
Cox-Phillips Newsletter: V.4, p. 11, item f; V.5, p.27, item d.
Death dates for Alexander and Millie are from correspondence with Pauline Seigo. She puts a "?" by these dates; I don't yet know why.
Notes for Millie Quesenberry
Her name appears as Millie, Milly or Milla in most records. In the 1860 census with her parents it is recorded as Mildrid, and in the birth record for her daughter Cordelia it appears as Emeline. One of these may simply be a misassumption on the part of the recording clerk as to what Millie was short for.
Notes for Alexander & Millie (Family)
Alex and Millie were second cousins in two ways, on the Quesenberry and Phillip sides. They were also third cousins once removed on the Goad side.
