I have no idea why Franklin is listed as Ed.
1900 census of Carroll Co., Virginia, Laurel Fork district, enumerated 2 July, lists on p. 20B as family #368/375:
Quesinberry, Franklin P., 47, b. Jan 1853, farmer; Amanda J., wife, 47, b. Mar 1853; Francis M., son, 20, b. Feb 1880; Polly A., dau, 16, b. Oct 1883; Louisa E., dau, 10, b. Dec 1889.
The number of years married field has 1 entered for both, then crossed out, but no replacement entered. The number of children field says 3 children, 3 living, but the question was apparently misinterpreted to mean the number in the household.
