Social Security Death Index lists Clell Jones, b. 2 Jan 1893, d. Feb 1987, SSN 304-16-5388 issued in Indiana, last residence Morehead, KY. (The 1900 census appears to say that he was born in Jun 1893. Probably one of these entries was misread. June seems to fit better with the spacing of children, but January is consistent with the age at death reported in his obituary.)
His obituary says Clell H. Jones, died Feb 28, 1987, age 94, son of William and Lou (Hall) Jones. Survived by daughters Faye Jones & Hazel Gianakoupolas, brothers Lige, Clint and Harold, sisters Damie Roberts, Inez Perry, Myrtie Hamm, Beatrice Robinson, and Thelma Barrett.

Notes for Bessie L. Hollan
Be careful not to confuse her with Bessie Hargis (4 Feb 1904-8 Dec 1990), who married John Sanford Jones.
I cannot find a death or cemetery record for her under the name Bessie Jones. Clell’s stone is a single one, and his obituary does not mention a wife as either surviving or predeceased, suggesting that possibly they divorced and Bessie’s death/cemetery records would be under a different surname. A strong possibility is the Bessie Lee Masters, born 24 June 1895, died 20 Aug 1991, buried in New Alfrey Cemetery.

Jones, Clella, 27, hauling lumber; Bessie, wife, 23; Fay, dau, 6; Earnest, son, 4 2/12. All born Ky Ky Ky.
The daughter Fay must be the one listed in the birth index as Mildred L.
