Cleveland & Elias b. in Rowan Co., Nancy and the Wagoners in Elliott Co.

In the 1910 census, Cleve is listed with his parents as Henry C., age 24, single, and Virgie is listed with her parents as age 16, married 0 years. The census taker visited both their households on the same day, April 25, which was 2 days after their wedding. Families were supposed to be recorded as they were on the official census date of April 15.
1920 census of Carter Co., Ky, Upper Tygart precinct, enumerated 31 Jan, lists on p. 16A as family #274/290:
Jones, Cleve, 32, farmer & RR section; Virgie, wife, 26; Luther, son, 9; Arley, son, 5; Buna, dau, 3; Ray, son, 0/12; Fay, dau, 0/12. All born Ky Ky Ky.
In 1930 Cleve is in West Virginia with his second wife Virgie Lambert, and his children are scattered around with other relatives. Ray and Talmage are with his parents, and Arlie is with Virgie’s sister Rebecca and her husband Everett Kegley. I have not located the other children.
