I don’t have a record of where I got the 28 Apr 1880 birthdate from; perhaps someone else’s family group sheets, like Pauline Seigo, or maybe Elza Cox’s Descendants of Tobias Phillips book. The 1880 census says she was born Jan 1880, and the 1900 census says she was born Feb 1880.
