"The Archives of the Pioneers of Tazewell Co., Virginia", 1992, by Nettie Scheriner-Yantis, footnote #160 on page 268, reads "The will of Samuel Flummer probated April 1845, Tz Will Bk 2-300. States that he is 76 years old. Names his wife, Elizabeth, sons William and Solomon, sons-in-law George B. Clark, David Tabor, Allen Justice, and Constantine Adams. (The latter married his daughter Nancy.) Allen Justice married Elenor Flumer 6 Sept 1825 in Tazewell Co., moved to Auglaize Co., Oh, where he is listed in the 1850 census."

(According to online posts by several Tabor/Flummer descendants, “David Tabor” should be Daniel. This may have been a misreading of the handwritten will.)
