Tazewell Co., Virginia marriage register 1, p. 71, records the marriage of Allen Justice and Elleanor Flummer on 13 Sep 1825 by James Charles. The entire list of about seven marriages recorded in the same batch is repeated on page 77, but the second time it is reported as having been performed one week earlier, on 6 Sep 1825. Either date might be correct.
