His death certificate records William Morris, age 75 years 5 months 4 days, born 29 Nov 1865 in Floyd Co., Ky, died 3 May 1941 in Rowan Co., Ky, widow of Cada Morris, farmer, father Zack Morris, born Floyd Co., Ky, mother blank, cause of death cerebral hemorrhage, informant Cleve Morris, Paragon, Ky, burial in Paragon.
He was probably really born in 1864 (or perhaps even 1863), judging by census records.
Listed with his parents as 8 in 1870 and 15 in 1880.
Her gravestone spells her name as Ceattia Morris, with no dates.
There are only 14 children in this family. The Mary Morris who married Davis Brown is either the same person as their daughter Lizzie, with her full name being something like Mary Elizabeth, or else she does not belong in this family. I’m putting her in here tentatively to make it easier to follow the links.
1900 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Pearce precinct, pp. 209B-210A lists as family #93:
Morris, Wm T., farmer, 35, b. Nov 1864; Ceattie, wife, 32, b. Feb 1868, married 18 years, mother of 9 children, 9 living; Andrew, son, 17, b. Aug 1882; Alice, dau, 15, b. Jan 1885; Sarah, dau, 13, b. May 1887; Craig, son, 12, b. Aug 1887; Cleveland, son, 10, b. Aug 1889; Lizzie, dau, 8, b. May 1882; John, son, 6, b. May 1884; Crit, son, 4, b. Mar 1886; Dee, dau, 2, b. Apr 1898. Ceattie born Ky Va Ky, all others Ky Ky Ky.
(The year of birth is inconsistent with the age by 10 years for Lizzie, John and Crit, but they clearly have 8’s rather than 9’s. Some of the other birthdates have got to be wrong too; they can’t have a daughter born in May 1887 and a son born 3 months later.

1910 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Farmers precinct, ED 155, enumerated 22 April, lists on p. 5A as family #70/76:
William Morris, 46, farm owner; Setta, 44, wife, first marriage for both, married 28 years, mother of 14 children, 13 living; Crit, 16, son; Dee, 14, dau; Louie, 12, dau; Maggie, 10, dau; Dollie, 6, dau; Troy, 3, son; Mousie, 12/12, dau; Willie Kendall, 10, grandson. All born in Kentucky.
The ages for Crit and Dee children are two years older than implied by the 1910 census. The former is probably more correct, because the daughter Louie listed here as age 12 does not appear in the 1910 census at all, which means that Maggie and Dollie are probably younger than reported here as well.
1920 census of Morgan Co., Ky, Panthers Branch precinct, enumerated 29 Jan, lists on p. 13A as family #236/241:
Moris, William, 55, farmer; Ceattie, wife, 53; Lony, dau, 19; William, son, 18; Magie, dau, 16; Dollie, dau, 14; Troy, son, 13; Mart, grandson, 14; Nellie, granddau, 2 6/12; Cora, grandau, 2/12. All born Ky Ky Ky.
The grandson Mart is the son of the son Andrew by his first wife Vina Bradford. (He is also recorded in West Virginia with his father and stepmother.) The next household is headed by their son Cleve.
