Rowan Co. birth records, on LDS microfilm #216839, list Lucinda D Hart born 20 August 1857, daughter of Stephen Dehart & Eliza Clark, place of birth Service.
Her stone in the Conn Cemetery says Lucinda Conn “Mother”, Aug 20, 1858 - May 7, 1948. (Her husband John has no stone in this cemetery.)
Her death certificate (#160310) records Lucinda Conn, age 89 years 8 months 17 days, born 20 Aug 1858 in Ky, died 7 May 1948 in Elliott Co., widowed, late husband John Conn, father Stephen Conn (should be Stephen Dehart), mother’s maiden name Eliza Clark, cause of death senility, informant Sherman Conn.
Note that both the gravestone and the death certificate are inconsistent with the birth record.
