Notes for Willis & Missouri Lee “Zura” (Family)
The History of Elliott County, p. 76, lists Willis Cox m. Missouri Nickell "Nov 1916" as his "second wife", and doesn't mention the first wife. Since there is a record of his marrying Ellen Quesenberry in 1917, probably the year for the marriage to Missouri Nickell is wrong. I am entering it as 1918 based on the 1920 census listing.

1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Wagoner precinct, enumerated 9 Jan, lists on p.4B as family #65/68:
Cox, Willis, 30; Missouri, wife, 24; Myrtle, dau, 2; Golda, dau, 0/12; Jula, dau, 4.
Willis born Ky Ky Va, all others Ky Ky Ky.
The preceding three households are those of Willis’s parents, and his brothers Henry and John.
Since Julia appears out of age order, I am assuming that she is the daughter of Willis’s first wife, and Myrtle and Golda are daughters of Missouri.
