Notes for Daniel Conn
Daniel died sometime after Hettie’s birth, but before the 1900 census. Considering that Hettie had no known siblings, he probably died in the early 1880’s in Jackson Co., Ohio.

Mary may have remarried sometime after 1910, because I cannot find her in the 1920 census nor in the Kentucky Death Index.

Mary E. Conn, 32, b. 1-68; widow, 2 children, 2 living; Hettie (dau), 15, b. 1-85; Mary E. (dau), 1, b. 99 (no month given); Bucker Prater, 16, b. 2-84, boarder. I don't know if the baby is really Isabell, or if this is a different child.
1910 Census of Rowan Co., Ky, Hogstown, E.D. 156, page 8B, lists as family #129:
Conn, Mary, 45, widow, 1 child, 1 living; Bush, Maggie, boarder, 25, widowed; Petit, Isabell, granddaughter, 11; Jones, Minnie, boarder, 28, single; Jones, John H., son, 5/12. All born in Kentucky.
