His death certificate records Preston Hall, age 63 years 3 months 24 days, born 15 June 1859 in Ky, died 11 Oct 1922 in Rowan Co., Ky, widowed, farmer, father Roll Hall, mother’s maiden name Susan Tyree, both born in Ky, cause of death tuberculosis of the bowels, informant Dave Parker, burial at Ditney Cemetery.
There is no stone with his name iin Ditney Cemetery, where his first wife Charlotte and their children who died young are buried.
I cannot find any Preston (or variant spellings) Hall with parents Roll and/or Susan in the 1860, 1870 or 1880 censuses.

Notes for Eliza McDaniel
This is probably the Eliza McDaniel who was with Isaac Hall Jr. when he was shot, and who testified at the hearings. She is the only Eliza in the right age range in the 1850 or 1860 censuses of Rowan, Morgan and Fleming counties. See my article, “The Isaac Hall Murder”, for a transcription of her testimony.
Her death certificate states Mrs. Eliza Hall, age 75 years 10 mos 3 days, married, died 18 May 1921 in Rowan Co, born 15 July 1845 in Kentucky, father George McDaniel, mother Liziebeth Roise, cause of death diabetis, informant Pressley Hall, Haldeman, Ky, burial in Nickell Cemetery.
The census records suggest a birthdate in 1847 or 1848 instead.
