Her death certificate records Lucy Sloan, age 33, birthdate “?”, born in Round Co., Ky, died 24 July 1930 in Logan, Logan Co., West Virginia, usual residence Sarah Ann, WVa, married, father Jim Fraley, mother’s maiden name Julia Bolding, both born in Round Co., Ky, cause of death dysentery (bacillary), informant Estill Slone, burial in Morehead, Ky. (Yes, Lucy’s surname and that of her husband are really spelled differently on the certificate.)
Her gravestone says Lucy E. Sloan, 1897 - 1930, but her marriage record listed her as 18 in November 1917, and she was recorded as age 1 born Apr 1899 in the 1900 census, age 10 in the 1910 census, and age 20 in the 1920 census, so the age reported on her death certificate and birthdate inscribed on her gravestone are very likely incorrect.

The name I’ve transcribed as “Maruel” is what it most looks like, but was probably intended as something else, perhaps Marvel, Marwel, Marcell or Manuel. The The Ky birth index lists his name as Martie O.
