His WWI draft registration card, issued in 1917/1918 (the images on Ancestry do not show the side of the card that has the date it was filed), says Pressie Black, age 21, residence Elliottville, Ky, born 12 May 1896, occupation farmer, self-employed, married.

Notes for Lula Belle Conn
Her obituary in the Rowan County News, Thu., Nov 20, 1952, reads:
"Death came Sunday morning in a Lexington hospital to Mrs. Lula Black. Born Oct 3, 1897, she was 55. On Dec 28, 1916 she married Pressie Black and they became the parents of 12 children. The following 6 daughters and 3 sons survive: Mrs. Clell Dewitt, Clearfield; Mrs. Walter Dewitt, Mrs. Ernest Helterbrand and Mrs. Woodrow Crouch, New Castle, Ind.; Guy, Glennis, Martha and Betty, all at home. [I only count 8 there, but I didn't notice until I got home, so I don't know now whether I missed one or the obituary did.] She also leaves 3 brothers and 4 sisters: Mrs. Elmer Flannery, Clother, W. Va.; Mrs. Ollie Trent, Mansfield, Oh.; Mrs. Edd Cox, Elliottville; Mrs. Johnnie Johnson, Elliottville; Harve Conn, Clearfield; and Frank Conn & Robert Conn, both of Stark, Ky. She also leaves 18 grandchildren. Her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Sam Conn, both preceded her in death. Burial was in Black Cemetery."
Most of my information on the descendants of Pressie Black & Lula Conn is from correspondence with their granddaughter Dianna Gilliam, a daughter of Stella (Black) Helderbrand.
