Her death certificate states Ada Crosthwaite, age 52 years 5 mos 7 days, born 16 Sept 1890 in Bangor, Rowan Co, died 23 Feb 1943 in Morehead, Rowan Co, Ky, married, wife of Faris Crosthwaite age 58, father William Harden, mother Mary Foster, both born Rowan Co., cause of cerebral hemorhage, informant Farris Crosthwaite.
